With a career spanning automotive, consulting, healthcare, supply chain, and private equity, Nick brings a rare blend of technical depth, strategic clarity, and hands on execution.

Nick has held senior leadership roles at Delphi, Ford, Booz Allen, MedAssets, Conifer, and LSG Sky Chefs, partnering closely with private equity firms to accelerate value creation. He is recognized for deploying OPEX 3.0, building scalable business systems, and simplifying complex organizations to strengthen accountability and execution. His results include a $21M EBITDA uplift for a global airline catering company, enterprise value stream mapping initiatives, customer journey redesigns, and automation programs leveraging RPA and AI.

Trained directly by Toyota Production System pioneers Mr. Yamada san and Mr. Katto san, Nick integrates first generation Lean principles with modern digital enablement and human centered design. He has built Lean academies, apprentice programs, and leadership development systems that embed continuous improvement into organizational DNA.

Nick has led major post close integrations, operational turnarounds, and multi site healthcare and supply chain transformations. Known for bringing clarity to ambiguity, he aligns cross functional teams and drives disciplined execution in complex, multi stakeholder environments.

He holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering, a BS in Industrial Engineering, and certifications in Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing, Digital Technologies, Supply Chain Management, and Merger & Post Merger Integration.
