He has led multi site global manufacturing and supply chain networks with up to $750 million in P&L responsibility, consistently delivering double digit productivity gains, significant EBITDA growth, and successful execution of complex carve outs and integrations.
Michael has served in COO, CTO, CEO adjacent, and Operating Partner roles across family owned, public, and private equity environments. He specializes in operational due diligence, post close transformation, footprint optimization, automation, and organizational redesign. Known for simplifying complexity and accelerating execution, he builds accountable leadership teams and operational systems that scale.
His expertise spans business transformation, value creation, digital shop floor optimization, M&A due diligence and integration, S&OP/SIOP, working capital optimization, and customer and supplier performance management. Throughout his career, he has delivered multimillion dollar EBITDA uplift ahead of plan through disciplined execution of value creation plans and operational roadmaps.
