In the federal sector, he served as principal designer of the BUYSMARTER initiative for HHS, unifying 28 agencies and $24B in spend under a category‑management model that delivered more than $700M in initial savings. He has also directed strategy development for GPO business units, built new revenue‑generating operating teams, and led the integration of two major GPOs, exceeding 59 of 64 performance metrics.

Kenneth's leadership includes major PMO initiatives such as ICD‑9 to ICD‑10 transition, GPO portfolio integration that generated $25M in additional fees, and multiple enterprise modernization programs. His expertise spans business transformation, AI enablement, value creation, M&A integration, and turnaround leadership across healthcare, consulting, government, manufacturing, medical device, technology, revenue cycle, and supply chain.
